No Refunds, No Returns or Size Changes after Item Has Been Shipped. If you receive the wrong size or wrong product, we are more than happy to replace your purchase for free. We are not responsible for any lost, unclaimed, or damaged packages. We recommend contacting USPS or UPS for more information.
FALSE CHARGEBACKS
If we suspect you of filing for a false chargeback, we will notify Shopify that you falsely accused us of not sending out your item. If this happens, we will automatically charge you a $100 fee for fraud. Thank you, and think wisely.

SHIPPING POLICY
If item is a PRE ORDER they are made to each order, meaning it can take up to 3-4 weeks for production and shipping . This is very helpful to small businesses and ensures everyone gets a chance to purchase. This also helps us as a small business so that we don't overload on items that don't sell.
